The Mesozoic Monsters exhibition is a concept exhibition for the Jackson Museum of Natural History. I designed this exhibition to showcase some of the largest and deadliest dinosaurs of the Mesozoic Era. The goal of the promotional designs is to feel intriguing, mysterious, dark, and scary, without being too scary for kids. I created a series of posters, print advertising materials, and merchandise for everyone to enjoy.

The Posters

Each of these five promotional posters were designed to embody the sense of fear that exists when one thinks about these massive predators hunting their prey. The main branding typography was created to give the perception of being ancient and worn. These posters embody the base design elements for each promotional item, leading them to be recognizable and efficient.

The Trifold

The Mesozoic Monsters trifold was designed to be engaging and informative, while still keeping the theme consistent.  I created a map for ease of navigating the exhibit, as well as intriguing copy to describe the different aspects of the Mesozoic Era. The trifold is easy to understand and flows well for visitor interaction.
